When Miss P's mom contacted me to do pictures, I was thrilled! She put a lot of thought into the session. She brought along ALL of the adorable props. The angel wings and tractor were such a great idea. I love when parents take an active roll in the sessions. Her ideas were spot on and so fun to work with. Not only did it add such a unique and adorable flair, it also allowed for a creative title to their blog post!
Roots & wings. As a parent myself, this is such a bittersweet statement. You want to give your children their roots. Help them to understand and appreciate where they come from and who they are. But with that, comes their wings. Giving them the courage fly. To find the things that make them happy - the things that they find important - that make them who they are. All the while teaching them they will always have their roots - a place to always come home to.
